We are a family company, established in 1997 by Mr. Salah Ahmed, Chairman and Managing Director. From our establishment we have had a guiding philosophy of being a Lighthouse... A "Beacon" or "Guide" to the expatriates in Kuwait in our core business of property management, seeking to give excellence in rented accommodation.

Lighthouse itself is a Mission to provide buildings incorporating the latest western innovations, concepts and offering clients unique state of the art custom-made properties specifically for their purposes. Lighthouse, with its well-experienced staff possesses vast experience in managing large projects from concept to completion, including land purchase, appointments of architects & contractors and final handover. The range of properties includes commercial developments, hotels and furnished/unfurnished apartments. With our expertise in this field we have been able to manage properties for non-specialist clients and have continued to grow at a phenomenal rate of 25% per annum and currently employ about 500 staff.

We are financially sound with assets worth KD12 million and in the real estate field have been able to generate between a 12 and 22% return on investment.
